Job Objective

To plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and activities for our portfolio companies, be it to:

  • Create marketing collateral with graphic designs and copywriting

  • Update website and/or

  • Post in social media and other marketing channels and/or

  • Curate digital content from leading publications relating to how we will learn, work and play in the digital future (focusing on work-from-home, home-based learning and telemedicine) and

  • Blog about such trends in the digital future

for different marketing channels to promote our brand and drive demand for our portfolio companies.

Job Description

  • Drive marketing campaigns and programs that deliver profitable outcomes in line with the company’s mission and vision

  • Develop, organize, and execute effective digital marketing activities (i.e. web, social media, direct mail, O2O events, etc.) via all channels on a timely basis

  • Design and update EDM, posters, web pages, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing collateral to support company activities

  • Manage social media accounts, grow our following and engage with our communities

  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data of marketing campaigns

  • Source for and maintain marketing vendors and media partnerships/channels

  • Manage and update company customer relationship management (CRM) systems

  • Create content

  • Propose and execute content marketing strategies with goals that are short term as well as long term.

  • Research and study the latest technology, healthcare, education and the Future of Work trends, from different sources, including but not limit to:

    • World Economic Forum

    • Medium

    • McKinsey

    • Entrepreneur, etc.

  • Extract, edit, proofread, improve, create, and deliver multiple content weekly including:

    • Digital marketing collateral

    • Copywriting for website & social media

    • E-Mailing campaigns

    • Blog articles

    • Newsletters

    • Press releases

with the goal of engaging, educating, and inspiring existing community and attracting new audiences

  • Generate new content to increase customer engagement, or brand awareness.

  • Analyse the reporting of the content traffic and other KPIs.

  • Ensure a diverse web presence by sharing content through a multiplicity of channels.

  • Conceptualize development and execution of advertising creative ideas, design and layout in support of all marketing activities

  • Conduct market research on competitors marketing campaign, brand positioning and awareness

  • Creative in curating content and ensuring continuous sharing of content and press materials as well as timely social media posting

  • Support the sales & marketing team in daily administrative tasks

Qualities We Look For

  • Pragmatic, pro-active, strategic and results-oriented self-starter with a creative mind, excellent communication skills, strong digital marketing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Degree or diploma, preferably in Marketing, Communications, and Business or other related areas

  • 1-2 years of experience in branding, marketing, and event management is preferred. Those without relevant experience but can demonstrate great potential can be considered.

  • Proficient in at least one graphic design and website development software (e.g. Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, WordPress, Wix)

  • Understanding of social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo) and how to engage audiences using different types of content

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Native English speaker with the ability to communicate in another language especially Chinese is a plus

  • A clear, concise, and unambiguous writing style with content production experience in Megatrends, digital transformation, future of work & learning, etc.

  • Great computer skills and knowledge about social media marketing
